What is Nailiz?
With Nailiz, you get a salon-quality manicure at a low cost, all while staying at home! With just 60 seconds under our UV lamp, our nails cure for a perfect, professional-grade manicure!
How long do Nailiz nails last?
They last up to 3 weeks, provided the application conditions are met!
Can an LED lamp be used instead of a UV lamp?
Absolutely! All our nails are compatible with a LED or UV lamp.
Can Nailiz damage my nails?
No, if the conditions for applying and removing nails are properly followed.
How to store leftover or unused stickers?
Our UV strips are sensitive to temperature changes. Please store them in opaque packaging at room temperature.
If your strips have been exposed to light, they will harden. Simply return them to room temperature to soften them.
If I'm allergic to gel polish, can I use this product?
Even though there are no harmful ingredients, we advise against using this product.

What are the delivery times?
Your order ships within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery times are 6 to 12 business days.
What should I do if my item is faulty?

I haven't received my order or shipping confirmation?

Are returns free?
If there is a return for a defective or incorrect item, we will send you a shipping label where the costs are at our expense.
However, if a return is requested due to a change of mind, we understand that this can happen, but we will send you a shipping label where the shipping costs will be at your expense.
When will I receive my refund for returns?
Once the return has been processed, the refund will be issued within 2 to 5 business days, depending on bank processing times.
